Fatherhood to two young explorers changed his lens. He notices what makes his kids pause, what sends them scrambling for crayons without a prompt. Those small sparks steer each sketch. A coloring sheet needs to feel whole, yet still invite the colorist to leave a personal mark.

“Most ideas arrive in small flashes – a leaf my daughter pockets on a walk, dawn light sliding across the yard, my son insisting on ‘a really big turtle.’ I try to bottle that sense of discovery when I sit down. If a page carries even a shred of that wonder, maybe it sparks something in whoever colors it. That’s the part that matters to me.”
